Our Service Department is fully operational and we would like to assure you that our team has met to review safety protocols; when in your home while installing or performing service on your hearth appliance or when working with you in our store. Please be sure to have your children and pets in another room so we can prevent human contact. We are also dedicated to keeping our counters clean in our store and appreciate your understanding as we practice limited human contact. If we had scheduled a consultation or you wanted to visit our showroom but you would prefer to have a call instead, please email or call to let us know. Our staff is prepared to talk with you about your dream project virtually or to give you a status of your delivery or project.
